Mega Trade Inc. is a licensed interstate motor carrier (USDOT 2365418, MC 810984) providing dry van, temperature-controlled, hazmat, expedited, LTL and dedicated trucking. Information on this website is general. Any freight we carry is governed by the rate confirmation, bill of lading and carrier agreement for that shipment, not by this website.

- Provide accurate and complete information in our forms.
- Do not submit another person’s information without their permission.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, scan or gain unauthorized access to the website.
04SMS terms & conditions
- What you’ll receive: messages about your job application, shipment and POD updates, or your customer support inquiry, depending on the form you opted in on.
- How you opt in: by entering your phone number and checking the unchecked SMS consent box on our Apply for Job, Request POD or Contact Us forms. Consent is not a condition of employment or of any purchase or service.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.

- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

05Driver applications
Submitting an application does not guarantee employment or a contract. By applying you certify that your information is true and authorize the background, MVR and employment checks described in the application.

The Mega Trade name, logo, photographs and website content belong to Mega Trade Inc. and may not be copied without written permission.
07Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The website is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mega Trade Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
08Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Disputes will be handled by the courts of DuPage County, Illinois.
